We have 30 days return policy after product is delivered to you We do not release your payment to the seller till the products are received by you and you are happy with it. We are always with you, before or after your purchase items from our website.

Our return policy allows for easy returns and refunds for :
Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
Products not as per description/photo on the website.
Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.
If the buyer has received an item in a 'Damaged/Defective/Broken' condition, or it is ' not as per description/photo' by the seller, the buyer can request a replacement at no extra cost. if product is out of stock at Sellerside then refund will be raised.
If logistics returns the package as an undeliverable package, a full refund will be automatically issued to the buyer
If Buyer may request to cancel the order before shipping and an order can be cancelled before it reaches the buyer.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation by mail from LEKZOL.com for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, LEKZOL.com in does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
Safe receipt of defective product by LEKZOL.com is sole responsibility of the customer.While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then LEKZOL.com shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, LEKZOL.com may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
Charges for Return
Buyer return due to reasons including ‘damaged’, ‘manufacturing defects, and ‘buyer ordered product by mistake’ in these scenarios.
Return charges will be paid by seller
Commission charged onsale will be reimbursed if refund.
Forward shipping fee will be applied for replacement.
Commission and Forward shipping charges will not be ignored if the returns are the due to the fault of seller like items missing , wrong shipment , item not as described, fake/expired products and used products. On seller’s fault, return charges will be paid by seller and commission will not be reimbursed and also Forward shipping fee will be applied for replacement.
By sending email to info@LEKZOL.com, care@LEKZOL.com and also cellphone number +919712111118 with mentioning order number and images of broken/defective/damaged products within 48 Hrs of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can refund your dispute with relevant seller.

After login go to “My Account” and click on “Confirm Order”. There is an option for return. specify detail for return and images.
We can refund you when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address
When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller's part, you will be compensated for return courier charges with refund or providing voucher for the same which can be used to buy other product on LEKZOL.com for next 2 month .
The amount you paid for the product plus any other charges like shipping charges will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15-20 working days of refund.
